Welcome back the class of 2010 and introduce the class of 2011 For the class of 2011, this is a great opportunity to meet club members and learn about the benefits of joining AFAA.

September 24 - Charity Dessert Event for Disabled American Veterans
7-9pm, Finale
A portion of the ticket price will support the Disabled American Veterans organization (www.dav.org). The HBS Partners' Club Philanthropy Committee has organized a team to run the 2009 BAA Half Marathon on October 11th (www.dav.org/hbspartnersclub). The Partners' Club supports various organizations and charities throughout the year. DAV was chosen to honor the large military veteran population at HBS and also due to the current military situation abroad. Space is limited. All tickets must be purchased by Thursday, September 17th.

October 11 - Charity Half-Marathon for Disabled American Veterans

AFAA group will be running in the Boston Half-Marathon to suport Disabled American Veterans charity organization. Support your fellow vets by running, cheering or donating for the cause.

November 11 - Harvard Medal of Honor Ceremony
Time, Location TBD
Recognition ceremony of the 10 Harvard Medal of Honor Recipients.

November 11 - Veterans' Ball
7pm-10pm, Spangler Williams Room
Celebration of Veterans' Day open to the entire HBS community.
A guest speaker will also attend. Raises on-campus awareness of military and veteran issues.

December 12 - Army-Navy Football Game Party
