The 2007 HBS Entertainment and Media Conference
The 2007 Harvard Business School Entertainment & Media
Conference took place on Wednesday February 28th at The
Harvard Business School. The conference explored how
digital and traditional companies within the entertainment
& media industries were working together to create sustainable
business models that can be implemented today.
The conference featured keynote
speaker Harry Sloan, CEO of MGM Studios. There
were four panels covering digital
video distribution, film,
music and online
communities. Each panel featured high level executives
from a number of the premier companies within the industry.
The Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the media
industries most pressing issues as well as to network with
talented executives leading companies. The conference was
open to all interested parties.
