Partnerships in Recruiting

The LGBT Student Association partners with companies and non-profit organizations interested in recruiting students for internships and full-time career opportunities. These organizations reach out explicitly to the LGBT population in their efforts to recruit the best talent, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.

Throughout the year, recruiters coordinate with the LGBTSA to sponsor outreach dinners and other events. These are terrific opportunities for our membership to meet LGBT employees at potential employer and find out what life is like there as an out professional.

We are very grateful to have organizations sponsor the LGBTSA's work at HBS. Sponsored activities range from awareness-raising events like National Coming Out Day to campus-wide social gatherings. Sponsors' names are prominently displayed in event promotion materials and at the event itself. Since most of these events target the entire HBS student population (not only the LGBT population), the sponsor becomes extremely visible to many potential recruits.
