About Us
The South Asian Business Association (SABA) is a non-profit organization led by current students of the Harvard Business School (HBS).
SABA’s principal goals are to:
1) Create a cohesive and supportive community for students, alumni and faculty of HBS, who share a common interest in the affairs and cultures of South Asia.
2) Maintain an ongoing support network for graduating students of HBS, enabling them to stay in touch, maintain networks, and share career and business opportunities.
3) Act as a focal point for members of the HBS and broader community who wish to learn more about the affairs and heritage of South Asia, or explore potential business opportunities.
4) Be proactive in situations where facts or issues relating to South Asia are misrepresented on campus; or members of SABA are treated unfairly.
5) Invite all HBS students to join SABA, regardless of their backgrounds or ethnicities, and encourage all members to become actively involved in the planning and running of events. We also appreciate suggestions and feedbacks positive and negative!
